The goal is to help you understand the role of web sites in the marketing mix while showing you a wide variety of tactics and techniques that can make your marketing campaigns more seamless and effective.
Courtney Hill is the chief executive officer of Market M, LLC. In this role, Courtney supervises all client strategy and new business development, provides senior client counsel and manages business operations and finances for Market M. A frequent presenter and lecturer on a variety of topics relating to small business management, Courtney has been recognized by industry leading publications and organizations such as PR Week and the Public Relations Society of America and one of the nation’s leading experts in entrepreneurial marketing.

Thereafter, she served as the National Sales & Marketing Director for Jaffa Crystal, one of the largest suppliers to the corporate gift market. Jo Anne spends time writing, and lecturing around the country. She is the co-author of a book called, LAUNCH IT! How to Turn Good Ideas Into Great Products That Sell, published by HarperCollins (September 2005).
